What to prepare

ITAD & IT Asset Disposition

If your organization is retiring servers, storage arrays, laptops, desktops, phones, network equipment or whole racks, we can review the load and quote an ITAD path that fits it. We treat data-bearing assets separately and confirm how sanitization or destruction would be documented before anything ships.

Surplus IT equipment

Servers, switches, routers, firewalls, storage arrays, desktops, laptops, tablets, phones and mixed data center equipment reaching end of life.

Retirement projects

Refresh projects, site closures, warehouse cleanouts and decommissioned lab or office IT that needs a compliant disposition review.

Documentation

Quotes are issued in writing. Asset handling, data steps and downstream disposition are confirmed per load, not assumed.

Commercial E-Waste & Electronics

Circuit boards & components

Telecom boards, industrial control boards, CPUs, RAM, SSDs, chips, power supplies and mixed electronics.

Warehouse surplus

Obsolete inventory, repair returns, boxed components and electronic manufacturing surplus that needs an end-of-life review.

Mixed loads

If the load mixes IT assets, boards and other electronics, describe it and we will quote the reviewable portion.

Data Security & Destruction

Any device that may hold company or customer data should be sanitized or destroyed through a documented process. This is required before many loads can leave a facility — not an afterthought.

Data destruction required?

Tell us in the quote form. Destruction or sanitization scope is confirmed in writing before shipment for each load.

Documentation

Certificates or destruction reports are confirmed load by load. We will not claim a service we cannot document.

Ask the right questions

For internal guidance, review NIST SP 800-88 media sanitization levels and ask any vendor for written procedures before shipping.

No unverified promises. We review each load before confirming pickup, freight, logistics, certification or coverage. Nothing in this site is a service commitment until a written quote is issued. For finding independently audited recyclers in the US, public directories are below.
